Every Friday from 1700z till 2100z Latvia vACC hosts the famous Rīga Friday Fun which is a perfect way to relax at the end of the week! Rīga FIR will be staffed top-down and will warmly welcome all pilots both in the capital and on minor airfields!

Good Day Pilots and fellow simmers,
We are inviting you Saturday, 25th of October, starting 7 ZULU till 19 ZULU to our Black Sea West Overload Event!
During this event, our ROvACC team will control LIVE from a control room located near the capital of our beautiful country, Bucharest!
We will surely provide live stream for this one, our setup is ready and you will be able to see our team in action live from the control room, working together and socialising in this real life meeting. VATSIM and aviation is what unites our community and we want to make sure to spread that unity to you guys too.
Together with our friends and partners from Bulgaria (BGvACC), we will offer control during the day trough most of the major airports in both of our countries, Romania and Bulgaria, airports such as LROP (Bucharest Otopeni), LBSF (Sofia International Airport), LRCK (Constanta), LBWN (Varna) or LRCL (Cluj Napoca). The Bulgarian team will be controling from distance, from Bulgaria but rest assured, their presence will be felt with us, as we will work together with them to provide a pleasent experience for everyone, and who knows, maybe next time both of the vACCs will manage to meet in real life!
You can fly to any airport that is listed, or even in between, everything will be fully covered for you.
During the event, everyone is welcome, both IFR and VFR, our event will provide a few surprises too during the event, both for our controllers and our pilots, and we will also make sure to share the live stream link with everyone as soon as possible.
We hope together to create a beautiful and memorable day, let's fly high!

It's time for another popular citypair between Amsterdam and Copenhagen on Saturday the 25th of October from 1700 to 2000z. Take your favourite aircraft for a busy rotation between Amsterdam Schiphol (EHAM) and Copenhagen Kastrup (EKCH). Expect excellent ATC coverage and a lot of traffic, so don't miss this city shuttle. Please remember to have your charts ready and studied, especially if it is your first time visiting Denmark or The Netherlands.

Every two weeks, we light up the airspace over LHBP - Budapest so you can enjoy the night as you fly in/out of the Hungarian capital with a beautiful evening scenery! Budapest can easily facilitate large jets as well as small GAs, so feel free to grab your favourite aircraft and join the event! You can expect coverage from 17:00z. See you there!

As the boys in blue get ready to take off, we’ll be keeping the skies just as clear as Igor keeps the crease. And don’t worry!
