Hold over INSAP for weather and fuel burnoff to reach max landing weight. Had to burn off around 500 kilos of fuel. This was done lowering landing gear way early as we saw we would be too heavy for landing at Kjevik. The aircraft was loaded as per OFP, but still we had a little too much fuel with us. The weather was 18018KT 0900 +DZ VV006 09/09 Q1000 REDZRA. Heavy to severe turbulence from 4000 feet all the way down.
