Dear Pilots,
SW Virtual and VACC Czech Republic would like to warmly invite you to the culmination of the summer season at SW Virtual, formerly known as Smartwings Sunday, which will take place on 13th of September!
We will publish the real roster for the whole day, and you will be encouraged to follow the real departure times, so the truly dedicated pilots will not get much sleep in the morning!
VACC Czech Republic has also guaranteed a full ATC coverage from 14z to 17z, where we expect the peak time of roster flights flying to and from Prague.
Booking will be available for you from 6th of September, 12:00z, link will be published on the SW Virtual event page. We will be doing a final revision of the booking data (aircraft type and registration) during the late afternoon before the event. If any flight is cancelled, we will likely cancel the booking as well, unless there will be a severe lack of other flights to choose. You will receive an email notification from the Booking system if any change is performed from our side, and we will publicly announce the end of our final revision on SW Virtual Discord.
It is strictly prohibited to book flights which intersect each other, and any such booking will be cancelled. If there are no flights which suit you, you are welcome to fly outside of the booking system!
